Packaging: All figures share the same packaging, the only difference being a sticker on the front of the box that identifies who the figure is. The Neo & Trinity 2 Pack come in a slightly altered box that is larger with different text.

The text on the back of the single-figure box reads:

Why no Agent Smith Figure? A second series of 12" figures--comprised of Morpheus, Cypher and Agent Smith--was set to be released in Fall 2001. However, N2 Toys went bankrupt and could not continue production. Maybe if they released Morpheus and Smith instead of the "Real World" versions, N2 would have made just enough money to contunue on...
