Package Variations:
None—all had the "N2 Toys" sticker on the front. Notice that this figure
has the exact same packaging as the regular Agent Smith figure—right down
to the name on the front.

Figure Notes:
This exclusive action figure was sold only to retailers that
purchase their comic books and toys through Diamond Distribution;
stores that do not deal with Diamond did not carry this figure.
This figure is molded in translucent plastic with green (and some white)
"Matrix" code painted on. Smith is meant to appear as how Neo sees him in the closing
moments of the film.
Agent Smith as The Matrix uses the same mold as the first
Agent Smith figure.
