Released:
Late 2000/Early 2001.
Points of Articulation:
Eight semi-bendable tentacles. The tentacles can be moved, but do not hold their
pose well as they tend to move back into their original position.
Weapons/Accessories:
None.
Weapon Notes:
n/a
Package Variations:
There are two packaged versions of the Sentinel figure. The first version was packed
"head-up" on the blister card. The second version
was packaged "upside-down". While one might reason that this may just be a mispackaged
toy, many Sentinel figures packaged this way have been spotted at toy stores later in the toy line's production run.
However, it is not confirmed if this is a mispacked toy or a running change
during production.
Toy Variations:
None.
Figure Notes:
The Sentinel's head and eight arms are made of a soft, maleable plastic. The tenticles are also soft, but their tips are made of a harder plastic. One can't but think of a dog's chew toy when looking at this figure, as it is similar to one physically, and even emits a sort of "squeak" when squeezed.
