Released:
Fall 2001.

is made out of rubber instead of plastic, and can be posed to support Neo when he's
leaning back, "dodging" bullets.
Weapons/Accessories:
|
|
|
1 Spectre submachine
gun (black)
|
1 Sig-saur handgun
(black)
|
Weapon Notes:
These guns look exactly like the weapons included with the
Series I Neo figure, but they are made out of a soft rubber instead of hard plastic.
Package Variations:
None. However, online retailers selling this figure use
a photo of a prototype packaging which is green in color. The actual packaging is mostly
gray.
Toy Variations:
None.
Figure Notes:
Bullet-Dodge Neo was first available as an exclusive toy for the online toystore
Action Figure Xpress during the fall of 2001. About a year later, it was
also sold through Diamond Distributors.
Basically, this is the same figure as the
Series I Neo, with two exceptions. First, the coat is rubber and poseable, instead of
solid plastic. Secondly, there are a few painted-on "tears" on Neo's left leg, where the bullets have hit him.
