Description: Released in the Republic of Mordovia, a European country that was formerly part of the Soviet Union. The stamp is blank on the back and is gummed (meaning that moisture is required to adhere it).

Although this is an unlicensed item, it is shown on this site (and is in my collection) because of its uniqueness.

From what I've heard, numerous small countries make stamps of popular movies, such as Star Wars and The Matrix, because many stamp collectors will buy such stamps, even if they are not officially licensed.
